This page offers resources for a 13-week process of individual and collective reflection on the deep meaning of being a Jesus person today, here in Casino, as we walk towards Jerusalem with Jesus in the weekly Gospel readings. In the Gospel of Luke, between 9:51 and 19:44, we have the "Great Journey" as Jesus moves from Galilee to Jerusalem.
This journey offers an extended masterclass in discipleship: first for those “on the way” with Jesus, then for those for whom Luke prepared his Gospel, but also now for us as we seek to be people on the way with Jesus.
Each week at St Mark's Anglican Church in Casino we shall be exploring how the Gospel for that week informs our own lives as Jesus people here and now.
